The SMBC Singapore Open 2022 is subject to Singapore’s COVID-19 guidelines, regulations, and safe management measures, in accordance with the latest guidance from the Ministry of Health (www.moh.gov.sg)
VACCINATED ONLY POLICY
Guests are considered vaccinated if they have been:
- Fully Vaccinated, as defined by the MOH; or
- Recovered from COVID-19 within the last 270 days
Before arriving at the event, check that you have:
- An updated TraceTogether app for SafeEntry check-in or a working TraceTogether token
- Proof of a valid negative PET result e.g., COVID-19 antigen rapid test (ART) or polymerase chain reaction (PCR) result.
COMPULSORY TESTING POLICY
To be allowed into the event, guests must also:
- Obtain a negative ART result on a professionally administered pre-event test (PET) taken in the past 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the event day.
- (i.e.) If you plan to stay till the end of play, you will finish around 6pm, therefore the ART test should be taken after 6pm the day before, OR on the day of attendance at the event.
- Testing can be done at Government Testing Facilities or private clinics at the guests own cost. Onsite testing will NOT be available.
DOOR OPENING TIME
Doors open at 8:00.
SENTOSA ISLAND ADMISSION
Complimentary admission to Sentosa Island till 31st March 2022.
TRANSPORTATION
Free public car parking is available along Allanbrooke Road on a first come, first served basis.
VIP Car Park pass holders will be allowed to access the car park near the VIP entrance. Please follow the directions on Sentosa Island.
Please note that there will be no shuttle buses running from Sentosa Cove Car Park.
TEE TIMES
Daily Tee Times will be available on the official website www.smbcsingaporeopen.com/tee-times
COURSE
Due to government restrictions, walking on course will not be permitted. Any guests found walking on the course may be removed from the venue.
OPERATION HOURS
Suites @ 18th and SMBC Rising Suite will open from 8:00 and will close at 17:00 or until end of play.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
To ensure safe dining for all guests, all dishes will be served plated.
Suites @ 18th
Access to food and beverages within the Suites require a valid hospitality pass, lanyard, and wristband. The wristband will be issued upon successful registration at the reception.
Lunch and afternoon tea will be provided by Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa.
